We would like to make the referral process as easy as possible for your office and of course get the patients scheduled promptly.
You can always count on getting a consultation note faxed back together with results from any other testing done after the patient has been seen, as well as operative notes if performed.

- For STAT/URGENT referrals please call our office and indicate the urgency and we will make sure to accommodate that.
- For normal routine referrals your patient will be contacted and scheduled at the next available appointment or patient preference.
